Dosha Suitability
Joint pain and stiffness are understood in Ayurveda as Ama (toxins) accumulating in the joints combined with aggravated Vata. This powerful combination pairs turmeric (Haridra) with Boswellia (Shallaki), two of the most scientifically studied anti-inflammatory herbs. Research suggests that curcumin can inhibit NF-kB inflammatory pathways, while boswellic acids specifically reduce enzymes that cause joint inflammation. Together they offer a natural approach to supporting joint comfort and mobility without the gastrointestinal side effects of conventional NSAIDs.
